Return Policy

1.  Drop Ship returns

  • All drop ship deliveries are made on behalf of Bi-Silque VCP by Tufnell’s.
  • The Customer shall inspect the goods immediately on receipt and any shortages in transit shall be noted on the carrier copy of the delivery note with the words “shortage of Item #1234” as appropriate.
  • Where damage in delivery has occurred, the Customer must sign the carrier copy delivery note as “Damaged”. Full notification by telephone or in writing must be made within 48 hours of the time of delivery for their claim to be considered.
  • All items dispatched via Tufnell’s are delivered within 48 HRS.

 

2.  Non-Refundable

Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong item was shipped, the item inside the box does not match the shipping label, or the item was damaged upon receipt. If the item was damaged during shipping, refuse acceptance of the package.

 

3.  Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy you must provide the following documentation at the time of initial claim:

 
  • PO #
  • Item #
  • Sales Order #
  • Delivery Date
  • Invoice #
  • Reported damage / defect
  • Photograph  of the  damaged  item and outer carton labels (if possible)   this  is extremely  important  as we not  only need  to evaluate the damage but to inform QA team.

 (Please note that the PO # and Item # are the essential details needed Sales Order #, Invoice # and delivery date info can normally be tracked in our system using the PO and Item number.)

 

5.1        Packaging

Goods  must  be  in  good  sellable  condition  with  all  the original packaging, hardware,  and  the  UPC  label. Specifically for products sold in sealed packages, should remain sealed when returned or exchanged.

 

5.2        Returns transportation cost

All transportation cost in relation to any returns are to be paid by / charged to the customer unless previously agreed in writing. The exception to this is when the product is being returned because of manufacturer defect or surface warranty. If it arrives damaged and is refused the shipper pays.
