Clean Before First Use

  1. Before using your board for the first time, wipe it clean.
  2. Moisten the surface with a whiteboard cleaning spray or with a mix of isopropyl alcohol and water (30/70).
  3. Wipe the board clean with water and a microfiber cloth.
  4. Make sure your board is dry before you start writing on it.

General Cleaning & Maintenance

General Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the surface using circular movements until all ink is removed.
  • Water is an effective cleaner in most cases, or a mix of isopropyl alcohol and water (30/70).
  • For intensive wet cleaning, use a microfiber cloth for best results.
  • Whiteboard erasers are suitable for dry wiping; cleaning sprays and tissues are recommended for wet cleaning.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning products containing calcium carbonate.
  • Ensure the board is completely dry before writing.

Note that the type and quality of the drywipe markers and erasers used may affect surface cleanliness and gloss.
